Welcome to Dot’s Preschool Corner!
Our mission is to: First, help children kindle a love of learning. Learning should be fun and exciting. Second, to explore learning. Children will explore the world of learning through lessons and activities from a variety of curriculum areas. And third, to create. Learning will be enhanced through independent activities that give children the freedom to create.
About Mrs. Julie Ann Baldwin: I earned a bachelor’s degree from BYU in Elementary Education. I then taught 2nd grade in Alpine School District for 6 years before starting my own family. Now that my children are older, I am back doing what I love with all my heart. Teaching is my passion. This will be my fourth year teaching preschool. I am excited to share the joy of learning with your child.
Class Size: Our class will have a maximum of 8 students. This small class size will provide more opportunities for one on one instruction with the teacher.
Location: We are located in Cedar Hills, Utah. Our location is close to Highland, Alpine, Pleasant Grove, and American Fork.
Reviews:
“Mrs. Julie is an incredibly gifted teacher. She puts her heart and soul into teaching these kids and it shows. You can tell how much she cares about them and wants to help them develop a love for learning. Not only is Ms. Julie super organized and on top of it, but she is also so fun! My daughter has learned so much. Ms. Julie is developing a strong foundation while preparing these kids for kindergarten. Every week she sends home books, sight words, and other reading flash cards for the kids to put in their book box and practice. My daughter loves it. She also does amazing art and science projects with the kids. You know your preschool teacher is beyond amazing when your 4 year knows the difference between solids, liquids, and gases! I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Julie. My daughter loves preschool and is learning so much.”
“We’ve had a great experience! Julie is awesome with reading skills and our students have made a lot of progress. Favorite things I’ve heard about so far have been science days and art projects :)”
